Biography
Kimball has practiced in the Portland, Oregon area since 1978, emphasizing domestic and international business, real estate, renewable energy, and finance related issues. He works closely with senior business executives, property owners, and high-net-worth individuals in resolving the legal issues and concerns affecting their business objectives and property disposition goals using creative and innovative problem-solving approaches and negotiating techniques.
Kimball’s practice areas and experiences include working independently, as a team leader, and team member, providing advice and counsel on a wide and diverse variety of business transactional matters (See Representative Experience).
